Formed by a group of highly engaged and active learners on 22 July 2023, Active Learner Group (ALG) was born out of a desire to continue learning together after a business coaching program concluded.
Today, ALG has evolved into a vibrant learning community where entrepreneurs and service providers regularly connect, share real business experiences, and support each other's journeys with zero commercial interests.
During a business coaching program, strong relationships were built among the participants. When it concluded, members felt the learning should not stop. They wanted a trusted, recurring forum to share solutions and help each other grow.
To implement this, they started meeting every Sunday morning from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM online. This commitment to early-morning learning has become the signature discipline of ALG.
To build a global community of active learners who help each other grow faster, learn continuously, and achieve greater business success than those following conventional approaches alone.
To meet regularly, share learning, exchange ideas, solve business challenges, and support one another in personal and professional growth through structured accountability.
Business owners often face challenges alone. ALG provides a trusted environment to openly discuss and solve challenges across key domains:
The culture of Active Learner Group is built upon these values which every member is expected to uphold in all interactions:
Commitment to early meetings, homework action items, and active group participation.
Treating every fellow entrepreneur with dignity, appreciating their unique backgrounds and efforts.
Generously sharing knowledge, expertise, and support to solve fellow members' problems.
Keeping sensitive business details shared during problem-solving sessions private.
Conducting business and relationships with transparency, integrity, and sincerity.
Taking ownership of business goals and contributing positively to the community growth.
Committing to lifelong personal and professional growth with focus on real implementation.
Unlike traditional business networking platforms, ALG is built on a strictly non-profit and non-commercial model.
No member or administrator receives a salary or monetary reward for managing the group.
ALG has no owners or commercial interests. 100% of collected fees fund meetings and tools.
Members voluntarily dedicate their valuable time, knowledge, and resources to help others.
Mentorship and advice are offered with absolute sincerity, free of cross-selling or commission agendas.
We meet online every Sunday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. During these meetings, members maintain accountability and engagement through the structured SAFAL framework.
Every member gets exactly 1 minute to share their SAFAL update, driving weekly focus.
ALG organizes 3–4 physical meets every year at different locations across India. These events strengthen relationship building, enable deep learning workshops, and spark transformational business discussions.
We organize **one expert session every month** by inviting established business leaders to teach strategic frameworks (Leadership, Hiring, Social Media, Sales, Finance, AI).
