Learning Framework & SAFAL

In ALG, the primary focus is practical implementation of modern business systems rather than theory. Members continuously learn and implement concepts related to Sales strategies, Digital marketing, AI, hiring systems, cash flow management, and team building.

The SAFAL Framework

During our weekly online learning meetings, we conduct a unique accountability activity called SAFAL, where each member shares updates within exactly 1 minute:

• S – Success: Share a success achieved during the week.
• A – Achievement: Share a key milestone or action point completed.
• F – Feedback on Failure: Share a failure and what feedback was gathered from it.
• A – Appreciation: Appreciate a fellow member or team member for their support.
• L – Learning of the Week: Share a key lesson learned in business or life.

Weekly & Physical Meets

In addition to weekly Sunday Zoom meetings (7:00 AM - 9:00 AM), ALG organizes 3–4 physical meets every year across India to build relationships, networking, and support deep learning.
